Kathleen is considered a veteran in the recruiting industry with over 25 years of experience. She has received numerous awards and recognition for her individual production as well as for her leadership involvement in growing organizations. Kathleen was ranked Top 10 Recruiters by Women’s Business Journal of Boston, featured as a Boston Business Journal Spotlight Employee, Conference Speaker & Panelist on Entrepreneurship, and Contestant and Winner of Selling Power’s televised Sales Contest.

Kathleen exudes confidence, enthusiasm and tenacity, and believes in creating strong partnerships with her vast network of professionals.

Past Experience
Prior to joining Winston Avery & Associates, Kathleen was instrumental in the growth of a sales recruitment firm servicing hundreds of technology clients nationally. As the second employee hired at the firm, she climbed the ranks from regional director, where she oversaw the day-to-day operations of the organization, its entire management team and its consultant sales force across four operating divisions.
